We are PENSA Lboro - a Christian society at Loughborough University. We all joined as students, shortly became friends and now a family of believers who learn about Jesus, encourages one another, and laughs a lot together

So grateful it’s December . It’s also that time in the term where deadlines are fast approaching. Don’t stress, take a breath and do your best.

Set the tone for the day, meditate, pray see if it doesn’t make a difference.

The Lord has been so 🙏 good. We give him all the glory and honour for His security and protection. Stay blessed everyone

Practicing mindfulness, prayer is key to set the tone for the day

*At the sound of the alarm* Gets up, gets ready and dashes out making it for the 9 am… barely! Sound familiar?

Imagine going a week without food. You’ll grow WEAK How much more our spiritual food? Which only comes from the word of God.
