You don’t get it to do ? It’s not just brits it’s all of Europe, we watch every single game, every single one. These tournaments take up our lives for a month, football dusk till dawn. You don’t get it cos you don’t live it nor will u ever. We want footy 12noon till 11pm 3 games a day. These east coast times are shit for Europe

New York felt alive last night . Can’t describe how excited the city felt after the US win and fans from the world flooding in . Then there’s people in England . Miserable , moaning about time zones and hating their life’s . So grateful to be away

@dazza1889 It’s not even really about local times. The last match doesn’t kick off until midnight eastern US. These times are about Asia. And FIFA cares a lot more about the $$$ from west coast US and Asia than Europe

The locals of the host nation being into the tournament is extremely important imo for a proper World Cup vibe. Didn’t see that in Qatar at all, unlike this tournament
