I have been trying to log in to my @Penzu account for a long time, but I have not succeeded. I have tried the "forgot passport" option but this has not been a help. I thought I lost all my data on it. But I receive emails once in a while. @Penzu If you are still in business HELP

@Penzu so canceling a subscription isn't possible? There isn't any customer service to contact. Horrible way to function.

@Penzu my journal entries are not autosaving. I've lost several entries. It will show me 'saving now' but it is in fact not saving. This has been happening for a month, in Safari, Firefox & Chrome. What gives???

@Penzu I changed my timezone last week from PT to GMT. Since then I've stopped receiving email reminders for writing the diary. I'm not a PRO user and FAQ don't help with this. Can someone take a look?

@Penzu Unable to upgrade my account to Pro+ - all my valid master/ visa cards aren't being accepted, and neither is PayPal. A 1000 words entry got deleted today for no reason, and I need an upgraded account to access the original version. Not cool.

@Penzu How long is it expected for the penzu site to be down? It looked fine early this morning and when I returned home by 1:30 pm, site was down. And I've tried multiple search engines and deleting cookies. Thanks!
