On October 14, 2025 Pepco filed a Fully Forecasted Test Year rate case with the Maryland Public Service Commission to support infrastructure investments. Two public hearings will be held virtually on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. and on Friday, April 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
