This is happening in Jacksonville, Florida at a 55+ community. A 28-year-old girl was living there with her father who was ill when he passed. He gave the home to his daughter, and she wants to remain living in the community.. well the HOA has decided to enforce the 55 and over law, and is asking for $1000 from 155 members in the community to sue her to get her out of the neighborhood because she’s 28 years old, not 55+. In my opinion, this is despicable. These HOA‘s have way too much power. This sh!t has to stop.

On May 3, 2024, 20-year-old Karon Fisher drove into 64-year-old Steven Anderson outside his home. After running over him a second time, Fisher got out, straddled the victim, kissed him, and stabbed him nine times, according to police and video evidence. Anderson was a retired cancer center manager known as a kind neighbor. Investigators found no connection between the two. Fisher was charged with m*rder. I got a reading from dear Judith Lynn about my beloved granddad a couple of months ago which was a great honor for me because Granddad was super special in my life as a kid and it said that he is a member of Galactic Federation. I had hyper thyroid and it turned me into an insane bitch. Completely lost control. I deep cleaned the whole house and re-arranged all the furniture all the while singing Carole King’s “It’s Too Late”. I would laugh/cry at the same time. Nobody knew what I would do next.
