@Pepperfry My cousin kept postponing her bookshelf purchase because she wasn’t sure whether it would make the room look smaller. After installation, the opposite happened surprisingly. The vertical design opened up floor space nicely and made the corner feel less random.

@Pepperfry Very disappointing service. I mistakenly raised cancellation request on same day of purchase but immediately emailed to STOP cancellation with Order ID & mobile number. Still order got cancelled without consent and ₹440 deducted unfairly from ₹17,599 refund.

@Pepperfry has am amongst the most expensive furniture and the worst customer service. No call number or follow for grievance redressal. @tweetashish really needs to pull his socks to work with his team on customer service 101. 2 month old chair joint breaks, no resolution for 3 weeks, mails/calls go answered. The selling store does not have any control. The customer care executive has the audacity to tell the call is recorded and then mention that our internal team will take a call. Are you guys serious business or out to scam people..??
