@ryanjhaas @dirquez No it's not, because they let all the homeless people dump a ton of crap in the river. They still let them they let them dumb crap down the drains,let fluids and car chemicals seep into the water systems. They don't care. Get a water filter, that's what I did. And now move.

Here is one way to see the increase in geographic polarization in Oregon. These are the two-party differences in gov election outcomes (D vs R). The way to think about this is in 1986 the D or R gov candidate won the typical county by 13 points. By 2018 it grew to 33 points.
