If they publish something wrong, they will get in trouble. It's the PO/ IO trap. That's why SM pages fill the gap.

Sustainment really is the foundational WfF. One thing I’ve noticed about the duration of NTC (9x force on force training days prior to transitioning to live fire) is that units can easily fake the funk with CL I. They just wing it and have enough MREs on their vehicles to struggle through it. “Paper” ammo and lack of controlled supply rates also downplay the importance of the sustainment WfF and encourage bad habits for Fires and Maneuver (ammo doesn’t just pop up out of thin air).

The biggest capture of lessons learned from the Iran ramp up & war will be at the BDE and below level. WFF in order of biggest lessons to be learned MO: 1. Sustainment 2. Fires 3. Protection 4. Command & control 5. Intelligence 6. Movement & maneuver
