@discord_support The person who hacked me is impersonating me now, and while I have the FINANCIAL PROOF and actual evidence, they're able to take ownership with no proof? They have emailed receipts I have actual access to my paypal that things were bought through??

Just adding to my frustrations here @discord_support - I have been going back and forth with one of your support 'members' - they marked it as solved when it is in fact. NOT solved.

Love how these people think I have money. I'm over here mourning messages from people I'll never get back. Hacker took my stuff , realized I had nothing and is moving on.

So now, I cannot talk to @discord nor can I talk to @Microsoft until they sort their automated system works. I've lost a lot in the span of 24 hours, and I'm devastated. But I'm trying. So I'm sorry if any of you got messaged by this person through me. It's not me.

He also spoke over me so much that I had to talk over him to ask things. Also said I might lose the email altogether This email was the one I logged into my computer too - so I have to figure that shit out. Woo

I was told "theres a million cases. Nothing I can do." Not sure how those other cases apply to me. But thanks bud - me crying and crashing out over an email account that i've had since HIGHSCHOOL being totally gone , invalidated.

So, confused I reached out a third time and am now being told it can take 3-4 weeks. JUST TO BE REVIEWED.somehow got a supervisor to actually call. My experience was this: irritated to help me, reading off a script and simply they dont care.

So - angry rant about my situation for those of you who want an update. Mid-conversation, early this morning, my discord account was phished along with the email tied to it. I did not click nor download anything, but here we are. [dont engage]

But I was told to rest assured, someone from the team will reach out to me. These people are doing their jobs but holy shit do they avoid giving you a timeline. Seriously, you need patience.

Now @microsoft I've gotten mixed answers from chat support, but have since filed two reports. The second time I got in touch with chat support I was told I'd be reached out too within 4 hours. Turns out that wasn't the case. It was just for confirmation that it was received.

They changed everything on my email account's security, the same for Discord. Fun fact; @discord wont help/talk to you if you dont have access to the email. Even if you offer to show financial proof of ownership. (as far as I'm aware, I've been left on read a lot today)

This individual reached out to me on my personal instagram to extort ...$70. When they realized I'm a broke motherfucker they '....' and deleted the conversation. Yes, I can still locate that account. No I am not engaging. Theres not telling what these people would do.

First off, my 2FA was only off [I think] because I got a new phone and forgot the app. So that is on me and I will admit that. HOWEVER getting ahold of @Microsoft & @discord has been a nightmare. Locating help was bad. If it had not been for close friends, I would still be cryin
