@Hadadbiz not only do i agree, but they also don't wanna scare potential clients away. they'll say yes to something even if it doesn't pay well because they just really need the work.

Sure, it's important to post here everyday. But know when to stop the scroll. Social media can get exhausting. It affects your mental health. Spend a few minutes scrolling. Then get back to work. Repeat that. Don't burn yourself out, k?

@hiruy_visuals with low paying, at least you're making something. just don't spend hours and hours of editing for like $20. that's just dumb.

@EditorMuhamad The Argos - London animation was excellent. Some cuts were too sudden and I think the turning 18 text cheapened the video. Solid start otherwise. 🔥

Some editors REALLY need to check if an accounts a bot. Literally LOOK at who you're applying to. Accounts that ask everyday for editors? Clearly there for engagement. Yet some editors will BEG them to check DMs. Makes you look desperate. And there's no job. Lose-lose ❌

Don't be afraid to say no. If a potential client offers LOTS of work... But has a really low budget... Know that you can turn down the offer. There's always someone out there... Who will know your worth. But you have to realize your worth too.

ALWAYS make things easy for the client. NEVER ask too much from them. Make them feel taken care of. Be dependable. Have good work ethic... And they'll always come to you first. Because they know they can count on YOU.

The point of After Effects isn't to edit... Edit in Premiere. Apply effects AFTER you finished editing. That's why it's called... AFTER EFFECTS!! 🤯🤯
