I've been thinking a lot about everything going on here on this platform. It seems to me that our society in general has become all about division. Everyone is turning against each other, and no one can seem to be trusted.
I see this as yet another by-product of Covid. First it was, "everyone stay six feet apart", then "stay away from loved ones", then "the unvaccinated are evil". All the brainwashing. Meanwhile the media, the government, and influencers online lie about everything. Now, people we trusted as voices of reason turn out to be nothing but liars and grifters.
I feel like I can trust no one on here. I am reminded of Exodus 32:26, where Moses says "Who is on the LORD's side? let him come unto me!" I feel like asking that on social media. "Who is on the LORD's side? Let me follow him!"
So many people I thought I respected grift for the Left, and suffer severe TDS. I hate to lose them, but they do not know how to put their politics last. It grieves me.
As far as X, I am going to begin unfollowing people I no longer can trust. If you do not want to be a part of this cast-off and you follow me, please let me know and you will stay. I also would like to know whom I can trust to follow. Please let me know.
I long for the day we can all come together and enjoy each other once wmore, without politics or hatred.
