I never wanna hear a single coach or athlete say they can’t make time for mental skills when AJ Brown is on the sideline of the literal Super Bowl with the book “Inner Excellence” in hand. You either care enough about this stuff to include it in your program or you don’t.

An absolute pleasure getting to work with so many amazing athletes! They put together an absolutely lights out performance this weekend and I couldn’t be happier for them! On to regionals!

Y’all, I just did my first preseason team meeting and it EXHAUSTED me… Gotta get back into the swing of things for sure but excited to get the opportunity to work with so many great athletes and coaches!

I continue to hope beyond hope that one day we all wake up and realize that you can love something and still be critical of it. You can care deeply, and still want to see it improve. Alas, I feel we get further away every day. Extremism sucks.
