@PerfectPetIns I can’t DM as I’m not verified. I have received an email reply to my request for the policy cancellation - taking the pee a little telling me the policy will remain in place until you speak to me via telephone, yet refusing to answer the telephone 🤷‍♀️

@PerfectPetIns you’ve had my claim form and dog’s medical history for a week. You’ve had confirmation that the history is complete. Yet for some reason it still hasn’t even been passed to an assessor. I’m hundreds of pounds out of pocket and regretting choosing Perfect Pet.

@PerfectPetIns I put it a straight forward claim for vet bills. Why are you investigating this like a crime. What is the point of cover if you don't contact the correct vet surgery, take over 2 months to investigate a simple claim with all required evidence. #ripoffbritain

If your pet dies & your pet insurance is monthly you still have to repay all the remaining months out of your claim amount. So not only has my dog died at Christmas but the insurance I paid all his life and never claimed on is basically useless? @PerfectPetIns thanks for that…

@PerfectPetIns I’ve emailed you over 24 hours ago telling you not to renew my 3 dogs insurances which are due to renew on 19th December but I have had no reply. Please let me know asap that these have been cancelled as I’m not renewing when you ripped me off on an earlier claim.
