This incident at Bennett University is extremely shameful. One girl was surrounded by so many girls and slapped, abused - this is not ragging, but open bullying and assault. Where is the safety of girls on campus? The university administration should immediately take strict action by identifying CCTV footage, statements of witnesses and the culprits. The Ministry of Media and Education should also pay attention to this.
