Mom power passed on the the fellas today. We took a large 12-0 W. Ben Shumansky with a cannon shot to left-center. We’re thankful for all the moms that showed up to watch their favorite players. I’m sure the tatted gun show in the third base box was worth it. #WeAreTheCaptainNow

It’s game day on 2 fronts today. First, we will go to war to show the Mom’s how much they mean to us. It starts with leadership, and you know our guy is a symbol of love for moms everywhere. Second, we will meet Henning on the high seas @ home @ 1:30. #WeAreTheCaptainNow

Huuuuuuge Pirates W today over Dent. A 13-1 win starts the season sailing in the right direction. 17 guys were marooned on base so we will be sure to rescue them next weekend. Regardless, Captain Groth has these guys hot to start the year… we love him😊 #WeAreTheCaptainNow

No introduction needed… we are back🏴‍☠️ the greatest show on dirt returns to Krueger Field today @ 1:30 vs. Dent. The fellas haven’t taken a day off since that fateful day last August. And don’t even get me started on General Groth. He makes our world go round. #WeAreTheCaptainNow

The Pirates lose a couple tough ones yesterday ending their season. Timely hits just wouldn’t fall and many runners were left stranded. The effort was there all season making this one another fun one. As always, we want to give some love to our skipper… the general is that guy♥️
