We loved being at Media 360 today. Our MD UK Michael Hanbury-Williams sat down with Shauna Lewis from Campaign for a great conversation about what it really means to move beyond siloed media planning. One moment that stuck with us: the idea that channel-agnostic isn't about throwing out the playbook — it's about giving yourself the licence to move money to where performance actually is, not where last year's plan said it should be. And the one thing Michael would do if he were a marketer in the room? Give yourself licence to move 20% of your budget around in-campaign. Simple as that.
