@barrier_buddy @HustleBitch_ Oh no dishes, chipotle bags, and cans of soda.. and avocados?! You should probably have that place condemned. You’re talking like they took a shit in your sink and pissed on the floor buddy. That’s a trash bag and about 10 seconds of work for at least several hundreds of dollars.

🚨 AIRBNB HOST DOES FULL INSPECTION AFTER 2-NIGHT STAY — INTERNET ERUPTS OVER WHAT SHE CALLS “UNACCEPTABLE”
“Come with me to see how Airbnb guests left the place after a two night stay.”
That’s how she opens the video with her phone out, documenting the entire property like she’s conducting a post-raid investigation.
She walks through every room pointing things out: the blankets were used, the towels were taken down, the bottled waters are gone, the coffee was opened, and the trash was left inside the trash can.
Then she zeroes in on the bathroom.
She says she leaves two full rolls of toilet paper for a two night stay and claims they’re “always gone,” questioning how two adults could possibly go through that much in 48 hours.
Two adults.
Two nights.
Two rolls.
She also admits she’s scared to leave guest reviews first because she thinks they might “retaliate” with a four-star rating. In another stay, she even gave a $20 partial refund over a minor smart-lock issue just to protect her five-star average.
There was no damage.
No broken items.
No party cleanup disaster.
Someone actually stayed in a rental they paid for.
Now the internet is dragging her.
“Are we renting a room or being monitored?”
“Should guests float and not touch anything?”
“This is why people are going back to hotels.”
At what point does hosting turn into micromanaging strangers?

@CliffordBr75538 @HillSabast86961 @akafaceUS Youre not entitled to peoples labor for free, just like you’re not entitled to free pizza. If you want people to do things for you, or provide you a product, you need to pay them for it.
You can pick up your food and no one will ask for a tip. That easy.

@Permabull42069 @HillSabast86961 @akafaceUS Saying entitled while you are literally being the entitled is ridiculous

After a 35-minute drive through traffic, managing three orders simultaneously, he finally arrived at a quiet suburban home. The food was still hot, the drinks intact, and he’d made sure all the extra sauces were included.
But when he completed the delivery and saw the payout just $2.75 with no tip frustration boiled over.
He threw his hands up in exasperation, ranted in his car, and filmed an angry video venting about “customers who don’t appreciate delivery drivers.”

@DParadis68738 @HillSabast86961 @akafaceUS Yea I was on the fence between taking the rocket scientist career with NASA, and delivery driving for Pizza Hut. It was the only place that offered me a fucking job after 100 applications. I was desperate. So is everyone who takes these jobs. It was Pizza Hut or homelessness.
English

@Permabull42069 @HillSabast86961 @akafaceUS Don't work for companies that dont pay you. What idiot agrees to work for nothing in hopes that the customer will pay the employee directly? If everyone picked-up their own food the company would pay it's own people. Why not the delivery drivers?
English

@AlexRigoV @HillSabast86961 @akafaceUS Yea I’m sure DoorDash executives are calling delivery drivers to check if they’re happy with their pay. There’s an endless supply of financially desperate people that will sign up for this job. There’s no leverage for drivers.
English

@Permabull42069 @HillSabast86961 @akafaceUS This actually is the reason why people need to stop tipping. It's absolutely fucking insane that your employer was paying you negative dollars for your work. People need to have some discussions with their employers and all this tipping has really impeded that.
English

@Nelcomar2 @HillSabast86961 @akafaceUS I delivered pizza 15 years ago in college. I’m a millionaire now. I’m shocked to see yet another entitled nig that thinks it’s fair to give someone $2 to driver 45 minutes to deliver your food.
I used to think my grandpa was too racist, now i dont think he was racist enough.
English

@Permabull42069 @HillSabast86961 @akafaceUS People like you are the reason people want to replace you. It's not the consumer's job to subsidize your pay. Leave and find another job if your current one does not pay.

@InvestmentBroo @HillSabast86961 @akafaceUS Lmao I figured it out before reading this. He used all 60 of his IQ points to justify fucking over impoverished delivery drivers.

English

@HillSabast86961 @akafaceUS By your shitty attitude, I can tell you’re black. As we used to say: deliver to a black, and your tip will be wack. Enjoy your free delivery of tax payer funded cancerous fried chicken ya fuckin leech
wE WuZ kAnGZ. Entitled to everything, contributes to nothing. You’re all trash
English

@Permabull42069 @akafaceUS You chose to work for that company not me. I didn’t fill out the application and I didn’t hire you…. Your employer pays your wage, not me.
English

@Kelvingts_yt @HillSabast86961 @akafaceUS I’m over the iPad tip shit too.. but delivery driving is way different. There’s no 20% tip norm for them. A waiter brings your food from the kitchen to your table and bitches you only tipped $50. A delivery driver takes your food across town in his own car and is lucky to get $5.
English

@Permabull42069 @HillSabast86961 @akafaceUS The right amount of tip is subjective, does you driving to me with a Prius vs a hummer change the amount of tip I need give you? Does your hummer make my food taste better?
English

@Kelvingts_yt @HillSabast86961 @akafaceUS Let’s apply some very basic logic to your question. Do you think someone accepting a federal minimum wage of $2.13 per hour is pulling up to your house in a 70k hummer? They’re impoverished, and driving 15 year old Toyotas they got ripped off for at a buy here pay here car lot.
English

@HillSabast86961 @akafaceUS I delivered pizza in college.. and some nights after accounting for gas, I’d actually lose money because I’d deliver to entitled ass holes like this.
If you don’t want to tip a driver, simply go get it yourself. You’re stiffing people who live under the poverty line, buddy.
English

Your employer pays you. Not the people you serve that is your job description. You are not entitled nor should you be under any expectation that you’ll get a tip. The tip is entirely discretionary. I choose. Not you. I don’t care if you chose to be a service worker, that’s on you, if your wage doesn’t cut to where you rely solely on customers tips, your priorities aren’t right.. understand your position. In other lines of work you don’t get a tip or a pat on the back or that “good job” … if your employment doesn’t cut it for you the onus does not fall upon the customer to tip you… it falls on the employer and ultimately yourself, take on a second job, it’s rough all around for many folks, your situation isn’t unique and you’re not special. Tough shit. That’s the reality and if you don’t like you oh fkn well toots

A few thoughts on Duolingo.
- Course content is a commodity, there is endless course content in existence
- An engagement engine that has had 6,000 a/b tests, streaks, ladders, notifications, and adaptive difficulty, is not a commodity, and Duolingo leads in this by a wide margin
- Duolingo does not compete with utility. People won’t avoid playing chess because a computer is better at chess and people won’t avoid learning a new language because a computer is better at translating the language
- Duolingo membership is underpriced, under-penetrated in paid members, and has operating leverage in its Max tier
- The company is a $6b enterprise value and generating $350m in free cash flow whole growing 25%+, this is an unusual valuation
- You can see more of my thoughts in an hour long exclusive to Qualtrim members

@bucsbeatpackers @FKDJASFKLJSALFD @BillAckman @realDonaldTrump Ahh yes the classic lib “well some European countries do it, so it must be good.” They have almost half our GDP per capita, and debt is not utilized in the same way in Europe. It’s very normal to not own a credit card in Germany, and it is harder to get approved for credit.
English

@Permabull42069 @FKDJASFKLJSALFD @BillAckman @realDonaldTrump Germany has a 12% limit on consumer credit and this hasn’t happened.
