If a wife can file a rape case against her husband, then a husband should be able to file a robbery case against his wife. Also make marital rape laws gender neutral. Also make domestic violence and abuse laws gender neutral. Also make alimony and maintenance laws gender neutral, not just on paper but make them neutral for real. Also make child custody laws gender neutral (no more automatic “tender years” mother preference). Also make sure that men won’t be forced to pay alimony to a woman who cheated on them and be forced to pay child support for a kid born from another man. Indian women are already the most fake case-filing, cunning women in the world. If they want to give them more laws to harass men and cover up their evil, then at least give men an equal chance.
