Failure mode of "perpetual" claim: sell more rights than network can actually deliver, and perpetual quietly turns into waitlist. Perpetua caps total minted rights against live contracted capacity, enforced at contract level, not on promise.

Every condo building keeps sinking fund for roof that will eventually need replacing. Perpetua keeps one too. Cut of every sale and every fee flows into reserve that buys new hardware once old cards age out, so "perpetual" doesn't quietly mean "until warranty runs out."

Network token isn't side ticket, it's collateral. Providers stake it to get assigned claim, and it's what gets cut if they miss SLA. More GPUs onboarded, more stake required across network to back them.

For investor, right behaves like income property. Don't need compute right now, list idle share on spot market, collect what users pay for it, minus protocol cut. Sell whole position whenever, never stops trading.
