@santanderukhelp please think about older people who don't do online! Blocking bank cards til they fill an 'online update details form' sent via email that he doesn't know how to access is wrong! Staff in the bank couldn't help, caused alot of stress, he couldn't use his card!

@santanderukhelp 2/2 He rang, they couldn't help and said he would have to update his details online before he could access his account. We logged in online and there were no notifications or hints to what he had to do. We had no option but to follow the link which worked and got back access.

@santanderukhelp 1/2 Thank you your reply. He didn't follow the link as he was concerned about it being spam. He went in store to ask for help after his card was blocked and he was left with no access to money. In store advised him to ring up and gave him the number. See 2/2
