Part2:District managers and above are directed to have conversations verbally so that they can be he said she said situations and without a witness, sometimes evens with one, it would be dismissed. You won’t bait an executive into writing anything they can be held accountable to

Our voices have been heard for awhile but clearly we’ve gotten under the skin of someone( @GinaDrosos ) Haven’t seen this much lively interaction from executive level, field and home office team members via direct messages and public messages ever. Keep it going make them sweat.
@FakeRatner@GinaDrosos I will say in my long tenure as a DM I had never heard of anyone getting audio. Including above the DM level. It is a third party that takes the call and sends the transcript to the appropriate department. We can’t even find out if the caller is male or female.
One former DM states about tips: For what it’s worth, as a DM, I’ve only ever seen transcripts of TIPS calls, never audio. To be fair, I’ve never asked for it though. What’s the truth @GinaDrosos ?
