@BelTel_Sport @GrahamLuney Instead of doing press interviews every five mins, Kevin should seek proper investment rather than trying to pull the wool over members' eyes and get TIG part 2 through.

@Rodney8886 @whisky501victor @CrossanBrendan At the end if the day all take overs are going to be risky long as the safeguarding of club is at forefront, I believe if a takeover was to take place get a new stand built get more bums on seats and transition to full time I believe be one of biggest clubs on island

Cliftonville management team have done an incredible job to keep the club competitive but they can’t turn water into wine. On the current trajectory the Reds will slip down the grades and everyone will rue an opportunity missed to grow a brilliant, storied club. #YouReds 🔴⚪️

@Conor_Devine On paper, it's says that maybe you should try and buy Dungannon for a 50p mix up and a retirement plan. At least you've more of a connection to them than you do to the Reds.

Looking forward to the game on Saturday and digging my old Swifts top out ✅️ I see nobody gives Dungannon a chance in the final. On paper, it's hard to disagree with that, along with the league table positions. However, Cup games aren't won on paper, and its very much about who handles Saturday the best, and who performs on the day. All the pressure is on Coleraine and I'm sure Rod and Dixie are privately relishing all the talk about Coleraine winning, and will have a cunning plan in place to retain the Irish Cup. If the Swifts do retain the Cup, my view is this would be one of the greatest local football achievements for many decades. Should be very entertaining as both teams play football the way it should be played 🏆⚽️ #IrishCupFinal

@chrisadonnelly But the members didn't block any path to investment, so that's not strictly accurate now is it. The current board can still talk to investors just like the old one did. What was being voted on was a change of the articles, they didn't need to be changed.

Irish Premiership Down To Final Game - In larnes hands…. But at what cost 💰 Whoever of the 3 wins it - Will report a huge financial loss - some in excess of 1mill plus (only to be written off by owner : shareholders) Now tell me this ‘full time’ football model works here

A cold wet night down at Seaview, but that didn't stop another huge turnout from the red army 👏👏 A very professional performance this evening, and thoroughly deserved 3 points. The Crues are in bother! The winning run continues, with yet another injury time (95th min) winner by a certain J Gormley. Where do you want that statue? Top 6 secured, Kudos again to the management team and all the boys. A super 3 points ✔️ 🔴⚪️

Going, going...... 🔔 I suspect it's only a matter of time... he maynot see the end of the week !! In the times we are in, people are crying out for authenticity and integrity, people who believe in what they say, and walk the talk. From politics, to business and even football, ultimately you will be caught out. I always thought Starmer wouldn't see 2 years... if he goes this week, thats 18 months 🚕
Guido Fawkes@GuidoFawkes

Starmer this morning attempts to reassure No10 staff he won't resign: “In just a few months, we start the work of lifting half a million children out of poverty. A massive thing to do in this country because that means that lives will be changed. For decades to come, children who otherwise wouldn't have fair chance and fair opportunity. Poverty holds children back like nothing else on earth. And so getting rid of child poverty opens up opportunities for so many. We must prove that politics can be a force for good. I believe it can. I believe it is. We go forward from here. We go with confidence as we continue changing the country.”

@dearganois @CffcInfo This is the biggest piece of drivel I have ever had the misfortune to read, you would hand the club over to TIG for a pound, yes that's right a pound. 2.5 mill of investment is 2 years salaries and only part covers the stadium percentage. 2.5 mill, 10 mill was no where on paper

@CffcInfo This creates a constant pressure on these folks while we use regulations, rules, procedures to mobilise and go on offensive while keeping them on defensive.

@dearganois @CffcInfo Snout in trough for leverage, the current board secured the funding but you people don't want to even acknowledge that. They are across the detail of it, but dont let that stand in the way of vendettas and someone's egomanical drive to become the chairman.

@CffcInfo They’ll use every trick in the book to stall, block and use rules etc. to keep their snouts in the trough. They want control of the stadia funding and will use that as leverage. We need to gameplan their moves.

@dearganois @CffcInfo Demand a forensic audit, have you any idea how much that would cost and to what end. Are you suggesting the current MC are taking money from the club? Our wage bill is nearly a million a year. We are not a rich club where do you think the money is going???

@CffcInfo 3. Demand forensic audit of last 3 years finances - academy, tranfers, social club, contracts, everything. That will put cat amongst pigeons but could also indicate why they’re not so keen on TIG.

@dearganois @CffcInfo You're not going to matches but are happy to put your money where your mouth is, so you're not putting any money into the club currently. Make that make sense.

@CffcInfo Start a fund, we’ll need money. Organise it as a club, transparency is key. I am not going to matches it’s saving me £50 per month, I’d be happy to put money where mouth is.

@Grove1969 The terms of the takeover were an agreed amount of money, 90% of club to Tig, crest, colours, ground etc all secured. Not much more complex than that. Most evidence against we got was "not a good cultural fit". Everything else was "hidden" behind an NDA.

@michaelhegney ? Bit of a strange reply that. I asked if you knew what the substance of the deal was. A genuine question. You seem to have knowledge of what it is/was. Why did the Board turn it down?

A letter submitted, seen by the IN, undersigned by 3 club directors, strongly refuted Harding's account “a grossly disingenuous assertion which demeans the membership, who were by no means either disorderly or unruly” and called on the chairman “to resign with immediate effect”.

"Cultural fit" ..... the irony - I live in the area, former player, family season ticket holder, daughter been at the club 6 years, coach kids football in area, other guy played for the reds, from 9 mile up the road. Drews mum from Monaghan and a proud Irish / Canadian.... "Cultural fit" - total nonsense !

@irish_news It is my belief that there were serious issues with the TIG proposal as KH brought the proposal forward, so it would be professionally embarrassing for him to walk back on it. That says it all. This is nothing but a hatchett peice, and you're a disgrace.

@irish_news Why couldn't the TIG deal be voted on Chris? What was missing? Since you're happy to discuss everything else, please enlighten us as to how you're able to speak on this. Surely as sub committee member you would be bound by an NDA on this subject.
