🚨 Last call for 4-y/o Mocha fka Sandy, now under kill command. Left tied up in front of ASPCA. ACC contacted them & they said did not want to reclaim, listing various excuses including Mocha has separation anxiety & has bit small animals (birds, squirrels etc). Earned 2nd best behavior, good leash-walker, neutral w/ dogs.
