@souyoarankita I'm pretty sure naoto was 15-17 in the events of P4, So gender reassignment surgery would be questionable.
As well as her being masc was due to her job's gender standards, Having her abandon any feminince (if that's a word.)
But if its your headcanon, I guess I can't argue.

@Persona4Gem It’s not similar to Mulan, Mulan’s story didn’t portray gender reassignment surgery as something negative and something people shouldn’t strive for. Naoto wasn’t even really given the choice to choose if they wanted to identify as male or female, the IT made it for them

@Call2Chaos You are NOT actually marrying the kid, Makoto is promising to do so to be nice to her and not making her feel sad, It happens a lot with kids to have childhood crushes on older teenagers, They'll grow out of it, Like dipper and Wendy in Gravity falls.
