OMG. Having kids is AMAZING! Life changing. My 7 month old son just said his first words in quick succession. At first we weren’t sure but then he said it three times: “neocloud”. Immediately after he said “EBITDA” and “hyperscaler”. We could not be more proud as parents! 🥹❤️
$PLTR jumping around and shaking out before earnings. No one said it’d be easy. Now all the bears will jump on the bandwagon and start saying “Palantir has a long way down to go..” etc.
Let them shout it.
Price doesn’t change the fact that Palantir is leading the Ai Revolution. We’re on a journey.
There’s only one strategy: HODL.
you got $100
hit a 10x
you got $1k
hit a 10x
you got $10k
hit a 10x
you got $100k
hit a 10x
you’re now a millionaire
you’re only 4 trades away from a milly
can’t you do it?
For as long as I can remember, no matter how far I go, some people will always just see me as an immigrant. Tanned skin, dark hair, small eyes.
It doesn’t matter that I speak with no accent or that I dress like I belong, I am always seen as an outsider by the MAGA folks.
They don’t care that I am actually a legal resident. They don’t care that I actually contribute positively to the country or economy. They don’t know that I have helped design and build NFL stadiums, rebuild the new World Trade Center, build airports and bridges, and now, working to maintain the energy grid.
The hatred got worse as Trump began his political career. Whether at a gas station, or at the grocery store, I have had someone confront me about being “illegal” or “going to be sent back”.
And this is the reason why I could never support Trump. Even if I tend to align with conservatives views. Racism and prejudice was always there, but he allowed it to be okay to be hateful. “Telling it like it is” became okay, even if it was racist. Blaming everything on immigrants became the thing for the far right and people liked it. Because they could blame someone else for their problems instead of looking in. Instead of people “picking themselves by their boot straps”, blaming someone else for their lack of drive and worth ethic was easier.
The funny thing is that, I am their worst nightmare. I am an immigrant with a college degree and successful career.
An immigrant that had everything staked against me. But I did everything through hard work. Never blaming others for my financial state. Always pushing forward. Accepting each day in this country as an opportunity.
I am the definition of the American Dream.
And I just wish more people would stop blaming immigrants for their own problems.
