April starts today and as we enter the second quarter of this year, may you find ease with breakthroughs, provision in any area of life, strength in the chaos and the grace to stand unshaken. May you chase after the dreams, be ambitious, be courageous and anchor yourself to God.

On April 13, they came to kill me. They left me there… thinking I was already gone. My body was broken. My head was cut. I was covered in pain and silence. But inside me… life was still there. I don’t know how I survived. I don’t know how I opened my eyes again. But I did. This picture shows what they did to me. The wounds. The scars. The moment they thought my life was finished. But look at me now… I am alive. I am breathing. I am standing. I carried my pain. I cried. I healed slowly. I rebuilt myself piece by piece. And today… I rise. They thought they ended my story. But my story continued. I am not just a survivor. I am life that refused to die.

@bakersen This is very true. Something on the inside of them always witnesses to them about God but they live in denial and try to silence it.

@PeshK319 Because they desire God within their hearts but feel conflicted with what they have accepted in their minds. Cognitive dissonance at play.

For people that don't go to Church, and don't believe in God, how is your biggest daily problem always someone else's faith?

@ShepherdWaYesu That's true. I've read that somewhere before and how I wish they could sit down and listen more to that inner voice.

@PeshK319 Because everyone has an instinctive knowledge/ desire for God within them. So, somehow this “homing device” can’t allow them to stay away.

Do not waste your youth, appropriate it. Make exploits, build yourself and live it to the glory of God because He will make you a million times better in life. Do not misuse your time, account for it. There is a time for everything. And time will bring and take things, people, and opportunities so it matters how we use it when it's in our possession. Do not misrepresent who God made you, but find Him and you'll find your true self. If God says you're blessed, that Word is more sure than the lack you face. It will surely be. That's your truest identity, not your state during life's circumstances. Do not trust God only when it is going well, be consistent about your faith in Him. Challenges will always be there, but resilience will set you apart. You can be sure that He will never leave you nor forsake you, He didn't precondition it to be during the best times alone. Do not allow life's challenges to make you hopeless, be steadfast in Him. Hope is very important. Remember that hope deferred makes the heart sick, and life will eventually manifest that “sickness” in forms of depression, frustration, stress and suicidal tendencies. Do not ever think evil of love, it shall always be good irrespective of our bad experiences with people. Love has the best virtues to make life a worthwhile experience. Love covers a multitude of wrong, not create them. Do not forsake being good, it rewards well eventually, no matter how long it takes. Never buy into the lie that being good has no reward. In life, there will always be consequences to every deed but one thing is for sure, that good seed will never yield a bad fruit. Therefore, endeavour to sow good seeds. Do not seek validation from men, it is a snare of life that will keep you confined. When you live to be right in everyone's books, you'll attempt to say and do what is right and acceptable to them. You will not live honestly. You will never allow yourself to truly live out our conscience, your convictions and true self. Do not side with wrong because the masses do, even the path of life isn't crowded. Even if you stand alone, always choose truth. Masses are not proof that they are true or represent what is right. In reality, many people avoid truth and gravitate more towards the lies. Do not believe in yourself but God. You are the summation of every decision and thought you've made or lived through life but God is the image of the live you're destined to live. It's a more glorious one if you follow through, but on His terms. Do not entertain negativity if you ever want to live life. Negativity will always blur your vision, minimize conscience, and cause you to misjudge life. Seek out the good and you'll realize just how simple and beautiful life is, even in the face of challenges.

This is how we should milk this story; 1. Kibale National Park has 13 different primate species making it the Primate Capital of the World (no other place on earth has such)! 2. Kibale has over 1,500 chimpanzees, the highest concentration of chimpanzees in a the smallest area, offering the best chimpanzee experience in Africa! 3. Kibale has over 5 habituated chimpanzee communities. 4. Kibale National Park has over 370 bird species including specials like Green-breasted Pitta! 5. Kibale National Park has over 351 recorded tree species! 6. Ngogo chimpanzee community is the most followed and studied wild chimpanzee community in Africa! Can go on and on!
BBC News Africa@BBCAfrica

The world's largest group of wild chimpanzees has split and been locked in a vicious "civil war" for the last eight years. It is not clear exactly why the once close-knit community of Ngogo chimpanzees at Uganda's Kibale National Park are at loggerheads. bbc.in/3Q4OhTw

Netherlands, before covid My first time abroad I didn’t have any euros in me On my first day at work, at 5pm, Michelle shows up at my work desk “You’re the new guy. Welcome to Rotterdam!” Then tells me it’s 5pm. People here don’t work overtime. “Let’s go have dinner!” So I pack my laptop and off we go Witte de withstraat. Probably the most popular street in Rotterdam We have a sumptuous meal. I tell her I do not have any Euros in me as I forgot to convert. She tells me not to worry and, hear this.. She hands me her own credit card!!! Tells me to use it everyday for all my needs. Just that I should return it and pay back when I am sorted!! She blessed my life abroad in every possible way. At the moment that I most needed it. Michelle Heah. God bless your kind soul!

Moved to Canada and spent my first winter alone in a basement apartment. No family around, no real friends yet. Just me and a laptop. The first person who invited me over for dinner was a coworker I barely knew. Changed everything. Not because of the food. Because someone saw me before I had anything to offer. That kind of kindness stays with you longer than any promotion or milestone. Who was that person for you?

THE DOCTRINE OF BALAAM Revelation 2:14 (KJV): “But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.” In Numbers 22, the Bible tells the story of Balaam the prophet, who was hired by Balak, king of Moab, to curse the children of Israel. In Numbers 22:12, the Bible says, “And God said unto Balaam, Thou shalt not go with them; thou shalt not curse the people: for they are blessed.” Yet, because of the rewards of divination, Balaam agreed to go with Balak’s messengers in an attempt to do what God had already instructed him not to do. In the church today, there are ministers following in Balaam’s footsteps by trying to curse those whom the Lord has blessed. One common way this appears is through certain teachings. These teachings claim that the new creature can still carry a generational curse, that believers remain bound by the sins of their ancestors, and that the failures and struggles in their lives are the result of what their forefathers did. But the position of the new covenant is clearly stated in Jeremiah 31:29–30. The Bible says, “In those days they shall say no more, the fathers have eaten a sour grape, and the children’s teeth are set on edge. But every one shall die for his own iniquity: every man that eateth the sour grape, his teeth shall be set on edge.” In 2 Corinthians 5:17, the Bible reassures every believer in Christ: “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” No man should persuade you that you are cursed when God has already spoken an eternal blessing over your life; a blessing that is guaranteed by what Christ accomplished at Calvary. FURTHER STUDY: Galatians 3:13; Ephesians 1:3 PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this word. Thank You for what Christ accomplished through His death and resurrection. I am a partaker of the divine nature, a fruit of redemption, a new creature, and one fashioned in Christ for good works. I live as one who has been blessed and set free from the past by Your power. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
