@DrShayPhD We were never taught the bible, or how to study it. Priests never recommended us to read it. We got catechisms provided. At age 14 I studied Luke for Religion class but that was only time in my life I read the bible until very lately.

What I keep seeing with Catholics, especially, is disturbing. I have to call it out, because it needs to be said. Their loyalty is not first to the Bible. It is first to Rome. Catholics, and I do not care who it is or where they came from, can read a verse with their own eyes, see it says one thing, then turn around and defend the institution when it says something else. Then they twist, bend, stretch, and explain away the Bible until it sounds like Rome was right all along. Not only is this faithlessness to God, but this is raw religious conditioning. When a person is trained to believe the church cannot be wrong, the Bible no longer corrects them. Scripture can scream, and they still run back to the institution for permission to believe it. That is a dangerous place to be. In Catholicism, this is not even hidden. Rome openly places tradition and the teaching authority of the Church alongside Scripture. That is why so many Catholics do not ask, “What does the Bible say?” They ask, “What does the Church say the Bible means?” That is exactly how people end up defending error with a Bible in their hand. Get a grip! Come down of your rebellious horse. No church gets to outrank God’s Word. No pope gets to sit above Scripture. No priest, council, catechism, tradition, or religious system has the authority to correct what God has already spoken. If you think so, you are braindead! When Scripture and your church collide, and you choose the church, you are not defending truth. You are defending a throne. One day, every throne that exalted itself above the Word of God will fall. God will destroy every system and every tradition that does not come from His word and when He does, Rome, including its supporters, will be first in line.

@Pesky110 @DrShayPhD Don't feel bad because you didn't know, I think most catholics don't know a lot about their church history, other than what they want you to know. But if it makes you wonder, that's a good thing. "Test everything by the word of God."

The Catholic Church claims to have the foreskin of Jesus and five heads of John the Baptist. Additionally, the Catholic Church claims to have Mary's breast milk. They even celebrated the Feast of the Foreskin. As for Mary's breast milk, people line up and pay money to enter the Groto to view it. These people are programmed.

Funeral director Chris Calvey Jr. reports that—since the rollout of Covid mRNA injections—30-40% of corpses now contain strange white fibrous clots. "These are foreign bodies that... I have never come across in the 10 years that I've been a funeral director and embalmer." "It's a serious problem that needs to be addressed and looked into." Stuff Roman Catholics just made up: - Papal Infallibility (1870) — The Pope cannot err when speaking officially on faith and morals. Declared at Vatican I. -Immaculate Conception (1854) — Mary was conceived without original sin. Defined by Pope Pius IX. -Assumption of Mary (1950) — Mary was taken body and soul into heaven at the end of her life. Defined by Pope Pius XII. -Purgatory (formalized 1274, expanded at Trent 1545–1563) — A place of purification after death through suffering. No mention in the Bible. -Indulgences (medieval practice, systematized 11th–16th centuries) — Reducing time in purgatory via payments, prayers, or good works. -Praying to Mary and Saints (developed 4th–5th centuries onward) — Asking dead believers to intercede. The Bible says Jesus is the one mediator (1 Tim 2:5). -Transubstantiation (defined 1551 at Council of Trent; term used earlier) — Bread and wine literally become Jesus’ body and blood while appearing unchanged. -Mandatory Priestly Celibacy (1139 at Second Lateran Council) — Forbidding priests to marry. Enforced in the Latin Rite. -Confession to a Priest for Absolution (developed in early Middle Ages, standardized later) — Needing a priest to forgive sins instead of confessing directly to God. -Seven Sacraments (fixed as exactly seven in 1215/1439, dogmatized at Trent) — Treating Confirmation, Penance, Anointing of the Sick, Holy Orders, and Matrimony as equal channels of automatic grace alongside Baptism and the Lord’s Supper.

So were the 100s of amateur astronomers all over the globe that tracked the entire mission all in on it too? And the Russians and Chinese who also tracked the telemetry of the module all the way around the moon. Wow that must take some planning and a good few back handers to convince those two countries to lie on behalf of the US and show they are inferior regarding the space race. Not sure what sounds more believable all of the above or they faked the entire thing. 🤔

How dare you? Just how dare you?? I want to cry with anger reading this post. Let alone those beautiful girls families. You skipped to Southport, lobbed a wreath in the direction of all the other tributes. Ran away and called everyone FAR RIGHT that were heartbroken, angry and scared for their own children. You have caused the biggest divide this country has ever seen. You locked people up for being angry and scared, some of which never came out alive. You actively withheld information about that murderer and his family. You knew the level of failure that led to that thing taking the lives of children and injuring many more. You forbade any other MP to raise questions about that murderer or the situation. You doubled down and blamed us! Distraught mums and worried parents. If it was possible to despise you anymore I do, having read this post.
Keir Starmer@Keir_Starmer

The brutal, senseless murders of Bebe, Elsie and Alice marked one of the darkest moments in our country’s history. The report today is truly harrowing and profoundly disturbing. It sets out systematic failures that led to this terrible event. I’ve been overwhelmed by the bravery and determination of their families and while nothing will ever bring these three little girls back, I’m determined to make the fundamental changes needed to keep the public safe. I will do everything I can to honour the memory of Bebe, Elsie, and Alice.

The Church Is Built on Christ, Not on Peter. There is a lot of confusion about the rock Jesus said He would build His church on. Some think He meant Peter, but that’s not what He meant. When Jesus said, “You are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church,” He was speaking about the truth Peter had just confessed. “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God” (Matthew 16:16–18). That truth is the real rock. It is not a man, not a personality, not an office, and not human wisdom. It is the revelation of Jesus as the Son of God, given by the Father. Jesus said, “Flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven” (Matthew 16:17). This is not something Peter figured out on his own, it was God’s truth shining into his heart. Revelation Comes From God, Not from Human Logic. No amount of clever reasoning or arguing could have made Peter see this. It was a gift from God. That’s why his confession became the foundation of the church. Many people admire Jesus as a great teacher or a prophet, but that’s not enough. To really know Jesus, you must see Him as the Son of God. That revelation changes everything. It gives life, it gives hope, and it gives a reason to follow Him (John 6:68–69). Christ Is the Cornerstone The church is not built on human councils, traditions, or even charismatic leaders. It is built on Christ. Paul said, “For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ” (1 Corinthians 3:11). The confession that He is the Son of God is the cornerstone that makes the church what it is. Christ is the Rock. The firm, unmovable, eternal Rock (1 Peter 2:6–7). He is the source of life. He is the one who keeps the church strong when trials come. No human power can destroy what God Himself has built (Matthew 16:18). Life and Strength Come From Christ. “He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life” (1 John 5:12). When we confess Jesus as the Son of God, we are connecting with eternal truth. We are receiving life from Him. His death, resurrection, and intercession are the heart of our hope and salvation (Romans 5:10–11; Hebrews 7:25). Knowing Him personally changes our hearts, gives us strength, and carries us through every storm (Philippians 4:13). The Church Endures Because Christ Lives. The church does not survive because of popularity or human ideas. It lives because Christ is its head (Ephesians 1:22–23), and every member draws life from Him. Without Him, it becomes just another human organization. With Him, it is alive, powerful, and unshakable (Colossians 2:6–7). Stand on the Rock. The confession of Peter, that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God, is not optional. It is essential. The church is built on this truth, and it will never be destroyed (Matthew 16:18). Faith in Christ gives peace, strength, and security. The gates of hell cannot prevail against what rests on this Rock (Matthew 16:18). Jesus is the Christ. Jesus is the Son of God. This is the Rock, and it will never crumble.

This used to be a Bible discussion account. I would post messages, people would ask questions, comment, and do so respectfully. I let that get away from me, and permitted all sorts of people lacking social graces to jump on board. But, that stops tonight. People are free to challenge the content of what I post all day long, but no one will be allowed to attack anyone personally. Profanity, cursing, heckling, racist remarks, name calling, or telling me what I can and cannot post will lead to an instant block, and the comment will be hidden. Jesus is coming soon. Iron sharpens iron, and that is the mission of this account, to learn, to grow, and to draw closer to Christ.

I want to talk about the scale of what’s coming for the UK over the next three months. Because I don’t think many people have joined the dots yet. The Strait of Hormuz has been effectively closed for over five weeks. Before this war, 135 ships passed through it every day. Now it’s 5 to 7. Over 600 vessels are still stranded. Iran has mined the strait, is charging tolls, and controlling who passes. The CEO of Abu Dhabi’s national oil company said it this week: “The Strait of Hormuz is not open. Access is being restricted, conditioned and controlled. That is coercion.” Two thirds of Gulf crude has no alternative route. 14 million barrels a day behind a 21-mile chokepoint. Energy bills are forecast to jump 20% in July. From £1,641 to nearly £2,000. The second major energy shock in four years. Petrol up over 15%. Diesel up nearly 30%. Wholesale gas rose 75% in under four weeks. Food inflation could hit 8% by June and 9% by December. Academics advising DEFRA say it could reach 12%. UK food prices are already 38% higher than before Covid. We’re only 62% self-sufficient in food. We import 60% of our nitrogen fertiliser. Red diesel for farming has surged 60%. Average arable farm income has fallen to £17,000, the lowest in over 20 years. Yesterday, China announced it’s halting all sulphuric acid exports from May. Sulphuric acid is essential for phosphate fertilisers, copper mining, oil refining, and battery manufacturing. A third of the world’s sulphur was already blocked by the Hormuz closure. Now the world’s largest exporter has pulled the other lever at the same time. The fertiliser crisis just got significantly worse, heading straight into planting season. Before the war, markets expected rate cuts. Now they’ve priced in two rate rises. Over 1,500 mortgage products have been pulled. Two year fixes have jumped from 4.8% to 5.5%. Nearly £1,000 a year extra on a £200k mortgage. Gone in weeks. Flights are next. A quarter of UK jet fuel comes from Kuwait, behind the strait. In early April, major carriers said they had five to six weeks of reserves. That clock is running. Ryanair’s CEO has warned 5-10% of summer flights could be cancelled. Iran’s strike on Qatar’s Ras Laffan LNG complex, which handles 30% of the world’s helium, is estimated to take 3 to 5 years to repair. Helium is critical for semiconductors and MRI machines. That’s not a disruption. That’s structural damage. Chemical and steel manufacturers are imposing surcharges of up to 30%. Analysts are warning of permanent deindustrialisation. European gas storage was at just 30% after a harsh winter. If the strait stays restricted through summer, Europe can’t refill for next winter. In Ireland, fuel protests shut down Dublin for four days. The army was deployed. Over 100 fuel stations ran dry, with warnings of 500 by end of the week. Downing Street has held talks on the potential for mass protests here. The OECD has downgraded the UK more than any other G7 nation. Growth slashed from 1.2% to 0.7%. Inflation forecast nearly doubled to 4%, with some saying it could breach 5%. Starmer and Trump spoke this week about military options to reopen the strait. The UK is leading a 30+ nation coalition. But the ceasefire is already fracturing. Iran re-closed the strait over Israeli strikes on Lebanon. Reeves is boxed in by fiscal rules. Higher gilt yields are eating her headroom. And I haven’t heard a credible plan from anyone in Westminster. Energy. Food. Fertiliser. Aviation fuel. Mortgages. Industrial chemicals. Semiconductors. Shipping. Government borrowing. Political stability. All under stress. All compounding. This country imports 44% of its energy. Has almost no gas storage. Imports most of its food and fertiliser. Gets a quarter of its jet fuel from behind a mined strait. Every structural weakness built up over 20 years is being stress tested at once. The next three months aren’t going to be uncomfortable. They’re going to be defining

Notice how rigid and unreachable they are. They almost never pause to truly examine the text. They go straight into defense mode. That usually means they are not reasoning through the issue in real time. They are repeating what has already been drilled into them. What you are seeing is deep conditioning, identity, fear, loyalty to a system, and years of being taught that questioning certain claims is the same as questioning God Himself. Once that happens, people stop examining, even when something is plainly illogical. Brainwashed, conditioned, and deeply indoctrinated are closer to what is happening here. This way of thinking is deeply rooted. They get much of it from the Catechism, which is why their responses sound so rehearsed. That is where many of these talking points come from. But the truth is, history is not nearly as clean as Catholics make it sound. Rome did not simply preserve and protect the Bible. Rome restricted access to it, controlled its interpretation, punished dissent, and opposed its spread in the common language. So the boast that “the Church gave us the Bible” gives Rome far too much credit. Rome did not give the world the Bible. God did. Rome later stepped in, claimed authority over it, and kept it chained while presenting itself as its guardian. Only after enormous pressure, conflict, and the shedding of much blood did wider access finally break through. Still, telling them all of this usually goes nowhere, for the reasons already stated. Until the Holy Spirit breaks through that conditioning, most of them will not hear it.
