The RBA is now in an impossible position. Raise rates to fight inflation → recession, unemployment, mortgage crisis. Cut rates to protect the economy → inflation runs hotter. Hold rates → stagflation — rising prices AND slowing growth simultaneously. This is not a theory. This is already the trajectory. 📉
