hey Christian parents, I have a question: what’s your general opinion of K-Pop Demon Hunters show? My son has been limited to shows like Curious George or Clifford. Bluey for a bit before.. well you know. So he’s never seen an episode but everyone in his pre-k class sings the songs constantly. So now he’s singing them, and from what he sings, it’s just throwaway lyrics- harmless. Is the show the same or is it typical Netflix progressive nonsense? I mean I’ll watch an episode myself to decide, but I’m curious what those who aren’t a year behind think

C'est que Musk a balancé l'approche standard à la poubelle pour repenser entièrement le procédé from scratch. La raffinerie tourne sans acide sulfurique. Six étapes au lieu de huit à douze, un million de véhicules électriques par an en capacité nominale, 50 GWh à terme. Pas de sulfate de sodium toxique à gérer derrière, juste un résidu minéral quasi inerte qu'ils appellent analcime. Sur le papier ça sent le storytelling, sauf que l'usine tourne vraiment depuis janvier et que l'investissement a dépassé le milliard de dollars. C'est la réponse industrielle à quinze ans de dépendance chinoise sur le raffinage. La Chine contrôle la majorité du lithium raffiné mondial, pas parce qu'elle a les gisements, mais parce qu'elle a absorbé les externalités environnementales qu'aucune boîte occidentale ne voulait assumer. Tesla prouve qu'on peut contourner le problème au lieu de le subventionner.

@PeteDHeat It’s necessary unfortunately. You can’t skip it if you want to operate in the youth space here. Is there some benefit? Sure. Just develop your own approach and ideas outside of the course. It turns too many coaches into dogmatic metrics-driven robots from what I’ve seen.

@PaulSpacey Do you think taking these certification courses and going through the licensure classes are worth it? US Soccer’s specifically. Or do you think it’s adding a other tool and the paperwork to go with it? I completed my grassroots and I’m very interested in going to the D license.

Not a fan of PPP and “do it this way” approach. Coaches need to find a way that resonates with them and works for their players. It involves a lot of trial and error (which is a pre-requisite to be good at anything). Get on the grass. Test things. Get feedback from players. Test again. Find your own way and build a clear idea of how you see the game.
