Corporate Update: Settlement of Legacy Destino Ranch Obligation Golden Triangle Ventures, Inc. has entered into a Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release to resolve a legacy obligation related to the Destino Ranch transaction. This matter represented an approximate $4.4 million obligation tied to prior agreements entered into under previous management. Through this agreement, the Company has successfully negotiated a final settlement totaling $300,000, to be paid in scheduled installments. Upon completion of the settlement: • All related claims will be fully and permanently resolved • The underlying agreements will be terminated • Both parties will enter into a mutual release of all claims This resolution marks a material reduction of a significant legacy liability and is part of the Company’s broader effort to clean up its balance sheet and eliminate overhang from prior obligations. $GTVH remains focused on: • Address remaining legacy items. • Address final Legal matter. • Strengthening the Company’s financial position.

Answer for you boys and girl. You walk in a room with 50 people plus you equals 51, then a killer walks in the room making 51+1=52, he kills 30 so, 52-30=22. So that's what your left with. What she said is all actually true. But it’s not personal to Ukraine. The mistake Biden made that Trump will not is that he did not demand that Europeans tote the largest share of the load. Had there been a more reasonable effort from the Europeans, Americans would not likely have minded helping. It is unrealistic to expect the US to ride to the rescue every time there is a military conflict in Europe. The US must look to its own people first. As we expect Ukrainians to do with Ukraine. In addition, the US handles all kinds of conflicts around the world that others do not help with. Should China/Taiwan blow up, Europeans won’t be sending money or troops. It will be up to the US. Same with Iran. A wealthy continent like Europe must step up and defend itself.

If we’re just throwing darts at the conspiracy board, then sure, why stop at one villain? Maybe it was released to stop Trump. Maybe it was released by Trump. Maybe it was China. Maybe it was Big Pharma. Maybe it was a secret cabal of left handed dentists. If the standard of proof is vibes and suspicion, everyone gets a turn. That’s the problem with conspiratorial thinking. Once you detach from evidence, the theory becomes infinitely flexible. It can accuse anyone. It can explain anything. And it never has to prove itself. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. “I believe” is not evidence. It’s just a starting point for a story. If someone wants to argue intent behind a global pandemic, they need receipts, not a political preference. Otherwise it’s just partisan fan fiction dressed up as analysis.
