There are 5 trading days in a week. 30 four-hour candles. But only 15 of them truly matter to me. That means I’m committing almost 12 hours of chart consciousness daily — unless my trading model plays out early, then I can rest for the day. Now that I’ve found my edge, the next battle is protecting my attention. Because fatigue can make you miss the very thing you’ve been waiting for. Thank God for paid TradingView sha. Alarms will save lives. 🤣 But even with alerts, a trader is never fully away. You’re always half-doing something else, while one part of your mind is still listening for a price.
