So yesterday my kids put me to shame Charlotte did a 10k run in Leeds, Daniel did the Leeds Half Marathon and Zach went out from mine in biblical rain on Saturday and ran 12k
So today I was motivated to do my longest walk in 3 years… Made it to Altea, just got to walk back 😁

@premierleague @SunderlandAFC @ManUtd Well I listened live to Local Radio commentary, and watched Sky Sports Premier League live, where Paul Merson following live, therefore NOT SCRIPTED, eulogised throughout on the #SAFC performance. They played MU off the park for most of that game! Lucky MUFC.

Great day. If I remember correctly crowd was about 17000 of which at least 4000 were Sunderland supporters in Clock End at Highbury
I'm fairly certain that it definitely ensured safety due to Luton winning at Man City
