Justice Samuel Alito BLASTS the majority with Justices Thomas, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh joining in dissent: "Does a single district-court judge who likely lacks jurisdiction have the unchecked power to compel the Government of the United States to pay out (and probably lose forever) 2 billion taxpayer dollars? The answer to that question should be an emphatic “No,” but a majority of this Court apparently thinks otherwise. I am stunned."

People keep posting photos of Elon Musk with the president while not wearing a suit as if it's some great comeback over Zelensky being criticized for not wearing a suit. 1. Elon is not a head of state. 2. Elon does not beg other countries for tens of billions of dollars. 3. Elon is literally serving our country by focusing on our bloated government for a grand total reward of $0. No one asked him or is making him do any of this.
