What costs them something is organized, sustained, material opposition. Strikes. Boycotts. Political parties that mean it. The willingness to be uncomfortable for longer than a news cycle. They are not afraid of the people who know. They are afraid of the people who know and decide that knowing is not enough. You have given them very little to be afraid of. You have given them an enormous amount of awareness and almost no consequences. They consider this a favorable arrangement. They are correct.

She still does not have the money. – Jacqueline Davis deposited $50 into her BetMGM account on March 18 2021 and started playing a game called Luck O' the Roulette. – Her first bet was $4.50. She lost it. – She kept playing and over the next six days the Michigan Supreme Court later described what happened as "a heater of epic magnitude." – As her winnings grew she pressed her bets higher. – By March 23 she was wagering $5,000 per spin. – Her account balance reached $3,289,500.75. – She requested a $100,000 withdrawal. – BetMGM approved it by email. A VIP host called to discuss transferring such a large amount off the platform. They congratulated her on her winnings. – The next day her account was suspended for unusual activity. – BetMGM's investigation found a software malfunction had started on her 28th play. – Win amounts were being multiplied when transferred from the game screen to her wallet. – They said her account should have read zero by play 368. They removed the game from Michigan entirely. – Davis sued for fraud and breach of contract. – The Wayne Circuit Court dismissed her case. – The Court of Appeals upheld the dismissal. If you are losing money on newpairs - which is almost everyone. I have something for you that should help. Here's some data validated claims. (survey last 30 days | data set @bullscanfun) 1: Newpair Market isn't rewarding good narratives. 2: Majority of the market is unaware of the key elements that make a newpair runner. Momentum + narrative + bull traders = runner. 4: Most important element is bull traders (Majority Hodlers.) coupled with momentum. You lack either - chart will dump. 5: Every 15min a coin stays at prebond, it's less likely to bond. 6: Likewise, most coins that bond, do it within the first 15min. 7: Coins that revisit 5k-7k mc after a huge pump have a 38% chance of reclaiming 10k and rugging. Only 7% bond. 8: If breakout pumps are invalidated (not enough volume) they are followed by more than -50% dumps 87% of the times. 9: Bullish pattern/structure breaking above 24k mc means the chart will visit 9k mc 78% of the times. My takeaway: First of all im also applying these rules slowly. The main takeaway is, you have to feel the charts strength and weakness followed by quick decision making. Charts that invalidated bonding, will go all the way down to 9k mc so no point bidding in the middle. New pair market rewards people who can sense the dumps before it happens, and pumps before they happen. Only a select few people can do this, that too consistently. While typing this out, I had an idea. What if I built a system you connect your wallet to; one that automatically detects dumps and exits your position? Predicting pumps is hard. Detecting dumps. That might be a much more solvable problem. Your own personal system can get you out much faster than anyone else on axiom or photon or terminal. We'll see. Might have a GitHub repo dropping soon. @ClownWorld Health and safety standards for food in the good old USA are a joke. We serve so much food on a large scale that is banned in other countries.

City officials shut down this roadside food stand and began removing the food after determining the vendor didn’t have the required permits. I know getting licensed can be expensive and time-consuming, but this is exactly why permits exist. When you’re serving food to the public, there are health and safety standards that are there to protect everyone. Losing all of your inventory in one day is a much bigger setback than taking the time to get permitted first.

We recently traveled through Mexico and noticed well maintained big box grocery chains in terrible parts of certain cities. They accomplished this by having large security gates, most had barbed wires all around their property. Every car/driver that entered showed some form of i.d. before entering the lot. Also, security at front doors. If they're able to accomplish this in Mexico, why can't cities with major crime issues in the U.S. do this? Some cities looked like literal war zones but when you enter these stores...honestly they looked much better than most stores here in the U.S.
