I think the number one imperative at this point in the cycle is diversification. $XBI one of the last frontiers where can conceivably get some outsized returns and at the same time be decoupled from the crowded AI supply chain.
In this sense, I don't think it even matters if there is a compelling AI story for bio in the short-term. Absent a sharp market pull-back, there will be some kind of rotation. I personally like $RXRX, $TWST, $BRKR, and $HELP. All seem to have a lot of potential torque and for unrelated related reasons.

Actually have a bit of de-coupling among some some of the high beta stocks. Seems great. The hard part of trading was everything with convexity was correlated with everything else with convexity. $FCEL good example of de-coupling, likewise transistors $SEDG $ENPH doing their own thing.
