We’re delighted to welcome Dave Joshua as an Advisor to Servamind. Dave has spent more than two decades building, leading and advising technology companies through moments of real inflection — when invention has to become execution, and when deep engineering has to become lasting enterprise value. His background spans AI, SaaS and infrastructure, with experience ranging from company building and global team leadership through to capital formation, partnerships, commercial strategy and strategic transformation. He has had a direct hand in building and scaling two unicorn companies, raised and structured more than $350 million in venture and strategic capital, bought and sold businesses, and helped drive more than $100 million in annual recurring revenue. He also brings a rare full-stack perspective: from models, fine-tuning, inference and training economics, down into GPU, systems and data-centre realities, and back up into workflow transformation, monetisation and go-to-market execution. At Servamind, Dave will help us think through how frontier technical advantage can become scalable commercial systems, durable category positioning and long-term enterprise value. We’re thrilled to have him with us. servamind.com

Servastack means no more padding, any shape, for mixed datasets, all to one file format, all to one AI without messy reshaping. Auto-pad is here.

AI teams spend 80% of their time on data prep—not building models. We built .serva: one data format that works with any model, on any hardware.30-374× more energy efficient. 4-34× compression. No retraining needed. The bottleneck shifts from infrastructure to imagination.

Your AI team isn't slow because of your models. They're slow because 80% of their time goes to data wrangling. .serva collapses months of preprocessing into a single encoding step. Any data → any model → any hardware See the architecture: arxiv.org/abs/2601.09124
