@FelixJohnston_ It’ll be Duran surely, the fees even add up. I remember Barca and Juve doing similar with Pjanic/Arthur in the past to get around FFP/PSR

Who tf are we signing from Villa? Could be Martinez, but Fab said Sanchez is 1st choice & he's not great on the ball. Maybe Konsa but really not necessary, he only fits RCB. I like Luiz, Ramsey & Rogers but we don't need any of their profiles. Watkins no way surely.

@chelseayouth It’s an economic forum he’s speaking at so you understand it. The problem is those responsible for the football side are nowhere to be seen..

In retrospect, I would like to retract any statement made asking for ownership to speak more often. It's less damaging when they don't.

Poch deserves credit. Not only is that 2 good results, almost 2 wins if not for VAR, against teams gunning for UCL but he’s also finally shown a tactical brain. He’s finally stopped putting Cucurella out wide & inverted him into midfield. Cucurella can’t bomb down the wing. It’s helped build up a lot by putting someone next to Caicedo, helped our counter pressing, put an extra man in our attacking line, put Mudryk on the touchline where he is best & utilised Cucurella better. He should’ve realised this much sooner but at least he finally has.

@CraigBPodcasts It’s a pretty common misconception to lump us in with City but until we get charged with anything it’s wrong to. I think PSR is all wrong anyway, it’s allowed us to sell a hotel to ourselves and be within the limit so it clearly needs sorting out. Hope you’re well anyway Craig!

@Peter_Gill16 It's a fair point and honestly I don't know, I'm just going off what I've seen elsewhere. I think all the teams should have the points deductions scrapped this season mate until it can all be looked at together.

Is it time to BOYCOTT watching the FA Cup game on BBC tomorrow between Manchester City and Chelsea. The two clubs not held accountable for worse breaches whilst Everton, Nottingham Forest and Leicester City get points deductions and major benefitors of this rule change #FACup

@CraigBPodcasts What situation? We’ve spent a load of money (terribly might I add) but the one thing Boehly and Clearlake know how to do is manage the financial side of it. You’ve said we’ve made worse breaches than Everton and Forest and I’m trying to find out what they are

@Peter_Gill16 I can't 100% say mate, but it's been well recognised Chelsea are in trouble. Then again, the Premier League needs to act because without sanctions on Abramovich, Chelsea wouldn't be in this situation. It's a mess from top to bottom & Masters is the man who needs to be looked at

We’re 5-0 and should be enjoying a huge win. Lack of leadership, and leadership starts with Pochettino. Pick your penalty taker, let everyone know he is the taker, and you don’t get that embarrassing nonsense we just witnessed. It’s simple.

@Jockbradford1 @siphillipssport He’s the type of guy to do it behind closed doors in a measured way, as much as we’d love to see him grab Jackson by the neck on TV it’s the right way to do it!

@Peter_Gill16 @siphillipssport Got zero to do with owners my point was after the last debacle at a penalty any manager worth his salt would have dealt with it regardless of the age of the players

Poch says ‘we will use the academy in these last games’ yet neither Dyer nor George getting minutes when we’re 5-0 up & have been 4-0 up since half time. Can I ask in what exact situation Poch was thinking to give deserving, top prospects minutes? 12-0? 20-0?

@Jockbradford1 @siphillipssport Plenty of top clubs/managers don’t have designated takers! None of them have had a squad full of children built for them by genius owners though!

@StuartH6501 @siphillipssport Agreed. Though to suggest it’s originally Poch’s fault is laughable. Don’t remember anyone having to formally name Frank Lampard as the penalty taker

@RoyalMailHelp hi. I’ve had a parcel sent back to the national returns centre but I’m unable to either rearrange delivery or even get in contact with someone to talk about resending. How can I go about this please?

@siphillipssport Si you’ve got to give Pochettino credit where it’s due alongside the constant battering of his decisions. Clearly had an effect on them at half time

Big that from Conor Gallagher against the club he played for on loan. Shocking first half but big credit to the players for turning up in the second!

@FelixJohnston_ It’s Winstanley and Stewart that need to go. Poch isn’t faultless with some of his subs/selections but what can we expect him to do with Jackson up top and fail to deliver a top forward. A billion largely down the drain by W&S - they shouldn’t be given another penny but they will

People blaming Pochettino for that game are clueless. Players were absolutely disgraceful. Missing open goals at one end & falling over the ball at the other. Only reason he should be sacked is if he didn’t put a hole in the dressing room wall at half time.

@gusmears1905 I’d like to think as multi-billionaires the ownership are smart enough to learn from their mistakes. If they buy a single inexperienced player over the next 12 months it’ll confirm to me they haven’t got a clue. This isn’t football manager or FIFA!

Looking at our squad and performances, I can't help but think we've answered the question, "what would it be like if you gave Southampton a billion pounds".

@chelseayouth Regardless of your thoughts on Cucurella, Hall won’t be playing ahead of Chilwell and/or Maatsen so do you not think a premier league loan where he’ll play a full season is more beneficial at this stage?

Loans are often a necessary part of development but, when you take someone who has consistently demonstrated their ability to contribute to a high standard in a Chelsea shirt and loan them out, especially at the expense of others who haven't, there will be question marks.

Crystal Palace are working on a deal to sign Lewis Hall on loan from Chelsea. The 18-year-old looks set to put pen to paper on a new deal at Stamford Bridge before heading out for the season. Plus an injury update on Tryick Mitchell #CPFC londonnewsonline.co.uk/crystal-palace…

@JHAFC7 @ChelseaFC Think it’s quite good that official accounts show a bit of character no? Football is too soulless with the celebration police etc out these days so I’m all for it. Hopefully Arsenal bite back!

@NeilSpyBarnett @ChelseaFC Disagree Neil. Even Conte and Jose failed to win anything at Spurs. You’ve just got to look at the psychological side of what Poch has done before to show you he’s got the winners mentality. Glad he’s now at club that’ll give him the opportunity to follow that up with silverware

Mauricio Pochettino is not a 'winner' as a manager, PSG domestic titles really not special, but he is a proven improver of players, a coach who fully develops potential talents. At this stage in the struggles of @ChelseaFC he feels a very good choice for the next couple of years
