Yugoslavia had a relatively low debt-to-gdp ratio for the time period. It was just hit hard by the oil crisis of the 70's which meant that existent debt became a larger drag on the economy.
The IMF then implemented shock therapy which made everything a thousand times worse.

Two things contributed to the collapse of the Yugoslav economy. One was that Tito borrowed ungodly amounts of money from the IMF and Western banks, because he was convinced Capitalism would end within his lifetime, and therefore the loans would never have to be paid back.

There is an escape route for Labour from certain disaster at the general election: use their Commons majority to ram through PR. It’s cynical, + they’d never govern alone again, but it locks Reform out of No10. The left (Lab, Gr, LD) still have a majority over the right in the UK

Darwin Nunez is expected to leave Al-Hilal this summer after being frozen out of Saudi Pro League games following the arrival of Karim Benzema. Al-Hilal insist the parties will only formally discuss exit terms in the offseason, but talks over a departure are already advanced. Central dealmakers have discussed Nunez moving to Al-Ittihad, but the Jeddah-based club are yet to learn of their budget and have other targets in mind. Nunez is also keen to explore European options. 🇺🇾
