Dosbarth Maple had a great afternoon with @crucial_crew at Barry Fire Station. Diolch!

Yesterday, we asked the question, “When is measuring used in real life?” Today we watched how a Stetson is made and worked out how to measure our heads. We then made and designed our own Easter hats.

Dosbarth Elm and Maple had a mindful afternoon of Expressive Arts. We created art, wrote poems and composed music, sketched and sculpted, built, danced and animated, the theme of Spring. A lovely afternoon.

Dosbarth Afal have been learning about the Islamic faith. We have been designing and creating prayer mats, in readiness for Ramadan.

Cherry Tree class had a wonderful time creating a den and acting out the story of three little pigs. We even had chance to enjoy lots of stories.

Dosbarth Elm worked collaboratively this week to carry out a series of scientific tests on rocks.

Dosbarth Elm have spent the past few weeks, designing their own coat of arms and shield! We then went to battle!
