@Halfords_uk I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew it would take this long, I chose it based on the delivery time. If this can’t be resolved promptly I’ll be looking at cancelling and taking this further.
Ordered on 21st of April. Already waited 9 days when it shows on app as before or on 24th of April. Just being told to keep waiting with no clear resolution.
@Halfords_uk Ordered a bike, had 3 calls since the original delivery date pushing it back, now being told I need to wait another 7 days. Email not working and live chat keeps disconnecting. Can someone actually resolve this?
