Won't fool genius #pathTwitter but don't forget benign colorectal tissue in prostate biopsy (transrectal) can be deceptive . Blue mucin, dark appearance, absence of basal cells and AMACR on prostate stains can be concerning! Clues: tip of core, goblet cells, lamina propria
