Scent reminds people to go out into the world and breathe it in! 👃

It makes visiting a new attraction a pilgrimage for me. I've read about EPCOT's burning library smell & Flight of Passage's scent blending tech, but to visit Walt Disney World for the first time this year & experience those scents in person will be incomparable to home research.

You can watch a ride on YouTube, you can listen to a show's soundtrack, and you can see photos of an exhibition... ...but the scent of an experience cannot be recorded nor Instagrammed. 🚫 This is a valuable aspect of smells at theme parks and museums.

Writing a chapter on scare maze smells has made me realise that 90% of scare mazes have a bathroom scene.
