just a few weeks ago, a $3.2 billion net worth real estate tycoon talked about $USELESS on US national TV
now, one of the world’s biggest football clubs has just posted that USELESS will be featured on its jersey in a game vs Barcelona in a few days (on April 4)
that’s one of the most anticipated football games of the year, expected to be watched globally by 100 million to 300 million people
imagine the direct exposure from just this feature
then imagine the second-hand exposure through critics, pundits, and everyone being forced to talk about a ‘USELESS coin’ being on Atletico’s jersey for this game
USELESS isn’t just the most timeless and relevant memecoin narrative anymore, it’s also gradually being pushed into mainstream consciousness… and that’s a pretty big deal
at current levels, there’s no other memecoin i’m more confident in bidding as we head out of this bear market
in fact, i’ll start consolidating most of my weaker, lower-conviction tokens into USELESS to build a more sizable position going forward

This is what I love about #Sorare.
I remember idly wasting a few quid building a Fortaleza stack a few years back. Didn't win anything with it but they were all super cheap.
Anyway this guy Guilherme - their striker at the time - has just rocked up in the #MLS at Houston and at 30 has hit the absolute form of his life. He's smashing it every week and getting Messi like scores.
Anyway I just flipped the card - a 7x return on my £3 from a couple of years ago.
Clearly doesn't happen often (the card prices in aggregate are, naturally, still trending down, albeit very very slowly now) - but it's great fun following the obscure careers of footballers around the world. The global football ecosystem is one of the most remarkable and delightful features of civilisation. Sorare is a lovely way to follow it. So much fun.

It does seem like it - fair play!
Totally different model from everything that’s come before:
- No more “scarcity” (can mint to the demand)
- F2P first and foremost (but reeling in the big spenders)
- Only PVE, no P2P element
And it appears to be working extremely well 👏 really interested to see what Pro looks like next season off the back of this… 👀
Plus - I’ve never been one for designs but this batch look top 👌

This is the case where “This time is different”, but for real.
Past tech just replaced narrow, repetitive stuff and gave us decades to adapt with new jobs popping up. AI is hitting way harder and faster. it's straight up taking over a ton of thinking work like document reviews, analysis, slides, and basic coding all at once.
Automating brains this aggressively is unprecedented and it will have unprecedented consequences.
