@RslewisSally Not any easy one to unpick....but lies in understanding of human behaviour.l. We have a finite capacity to care - when the system makes it so hard to express this meaningfully to the people who need and want our help it all comes crashing down. We make the system: reboot time?

If doctors care about the health of our patients, how can we only be concerned with healthcare? (Which contributes to only about 15% of health gains). How can we not care about wider determinants of health? Why are we not all activists?
