Social media is a noisy place. People do say some nasty things on here and try to drag others down…. but what you gotta remember is most on them are angry at themselves and it comes from their own pain. Instead of adding to that noise, i choose to do the opposite. That’s why I’m proud to say we’re going again this Sunday 18th January with another Walk for Men Supporting Mens mental health❤️ It’s a safe space to talk, listen, or just walk in peace. No judgement. No pressure. Just good people supporting good people. We meet at The Thatchers Arms, in Brentwood at 8am and head out into the beautiful Brentwood countryside. We get fresh air, clear the head, and finish back at the pub for a well earned cup of tea and a chat. Men of all ages are welcome. Come on your own. Bring a mate. Or just turn up and meet new ones. You’re all welcome. If you’ve had a tough week, this is for you. If life’s good at the moment, come and help lift someone else. If you just fancy a positive start to your Sunday…. this is for you. I’m using my platform for good, and I’ll always stand up for men and mental health. If I can help even one person feel less alone, it’s worth it. It makes me laugh the amount of nonsense I see made up about me on here…..But end of the day I’ just someone who’s down alright for themselves and wants to use their platform for good, I’m all about supporting and helping others…. I know what it is like when it’s tough. Everyone’s welcome on Sunday. It’s going to be a great morning. See you Sunday at 8am. Be nice to meet you all. Bosh ❤️

Since when did carrier bags in the supermarket become 30p 😂😂😂 You can buy a box of 1000 down commercial road shopfitters for £14.50 + vat. (And I’m sure the supermarkets buy them 10 times cheaper than what I can because of the amount they order) I thought the whole idea of the 5p bag charge was to stop being wasting plastic bags and re-using them. I bet they’re making a lovely profit on them now. Expensive plastic bag Bosh❤️
