Great Steelers insider Nick Farabaugh believes Nick Herbig could be in line to get franchise tagged after the season. That would pay a backup edge rusher between $25-30 million in 2027. That would be unreal and unprecedented.

I’ve seen the no offense route too many times. Much much better to watch runs and let the great starting pitchers help the defense.

The Pirates chose offense over defense in roster building. Their outfield is at -3 OAA (29th in MLB) and -2 DRS (tied for 21st in MLB) so far this season. But the offense has a 106 wRC+, which is tied for 10th after being the 2nd-worst in 2025 (82). x.com/SleeperMLB/sta…
