@MaiaDunphy We got a set of 6 Tipperary Crystal Bee mugs in a gorgeous round bee decorated box. Love the box more than the mugs! I use the yellow one & mix it up from time to time with the grey one. @PhilipGreaves3 uses the Blue ones (light & dark)

It’s quite an Irish-specific thing. Pals in England have matching mugs on stands, we dig out: one from a 90’s Easter Egg, one novelty slogan, one with your initial, a branded freebie, and a faded photo mug. No Irish person has 6 matching mugs. 😜

Well now, it's my birthday. I'm 66 years old today. I'm officially an OAP (Old age pensioner). I did think that getting old would take longer though 😂. I've joined the Last of the Summer Wine gang and I'm delighted with myself. Will I be slowing down? I will in my bo**ix 🤣. As soon as I get my free travel pass, which I'm due from today, I'm going to be a burden on the state 🤭. One of my nephews asked me if there was something in my past that stands out if I thought back to when I was a child. The first thing that came to mind was that when I was in school we used to make our parents ashtrays, and lamps made out of wine bottles, …for Christmas. If that happened now the parents would end up on a register 🤭
