There a few services and private databases that link Twitter handles to crypto wallets.
There was also an exploit pre-Elon (might still exists) that lets anyone see the primary email of any Twitter account. But the account has to be from a certain age/ maybe pre 2023. Unsure if it’s still functioning but was used heavily by enrichment providers.

I couldn't find a single API on the internet that just takes a twitter user's handle and enriches their information (at least with a Linkedin profile/email/relevant websites.)
Someone is going to solve this problem and have people absolutely begging to pay them.
