Someone explain to me why the NFL can’t have chips in the ball for exact spots similar to the technology they have in World Cup? Insane to me given how much is at stake & technology available that it’s still just an eyeball test. “Eh I think he landed here.”

MIA might have gotten 1st on that 3rd-2 different refs spot ball differently. Ultimately they rule it was foot short so MIA has 4th down delay of game disaster. Then questionable spot for Singletary on 3rd but they call it a 1st & inconclusive to overturn. Two huge calls.
