Our Constitution is clear. The authority to set our elections belongs to the states — regardless of what Trump wants to sign. I will stand up for Pennsylvanians’ right to vote, including the right to vote by mail.

This Women’s History Month, we remember those who came before us and fought for our right to vote, such as the Philadelphia women who cast their ballots on November 2, 1920, in the first election in which they were allowed to do so.


Today I introduced a resolution to hold hearings on the potential presence of ICE at polling locations. With recent ICE activity in public spaces, concerns about voter participation and election integrity are real. We must ensure no one feels discouraged from voting.
